How Does Remote Repair Connect work?
We use real time aids such as Log Me In Rescue, we can just do about anything with this tool as long you have an internet connection
Remote Repair establishes a remote connection to your computer. We respond to your request for service through a high-speed internet connection.
With your permission, a small file is downloaded to your computer from Log Me In.com. Once installed, this small application, (Applet) creates the interface between our helpdesk testing computers and yours so we can see exactly what's happening with your computer and provide solutions. Once the Remote Repair is complete, the
Applet automatically removes itself from your PC.
Once the connection is established between Remote Repair and your computer, we are able to see your desktop exactly as you do, and initiate scans and software checking to locate and repair problems
From your side, you'll see the experienced Remote Repair technicians checking your systems - your mouse pointer will move around the screen, system windows will open and software will be run directly on your computer by Remote Repair.

Non customers £25.00 per half hour, most recoveries can be carried out in this time period
Once we receive payment for your Remote Repair service (Please include a landline phone number when checking out at (PayPal) we will call you within 30 minutes. We begin the transfer to the rescue page where we will call you with a pin number.
Please note we do not call mobile phones only landline numbers. This is to help ensure we are connecting to the PC at the bone-fide location
If we cannot fix the problem via remote repair we will refund your £25.00 fee or deduct it from any fees incurred for a site visit
